Terms and Conditions
GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These rules govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and the seller (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) when purchasing goods delivered electronically in the e-shop.
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, informing about significant changes on the website.
2. PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT
2.1. The purchase and sale agreement shall be considered concluded from the moment the Buyer forms an order in the e-shop and pays for the goods.
The Seller begins processing the order only after receiving full payment.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
3.1. All prices are indicated in euros, including VAT.
3.2. Payment can be made using the electronic banking services of „Swedbank“, „SEB“, „Luminor“, „Citadele“, and „Šiaulių bankas“, as well as through the Montonio payment system. Payments are possible in euros. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
3.3. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate and correct payment information.
3.4. In case of payment failure, the order is considered unconfirmed.
4. ELECTRONIC DELIVERY
4.1. Purchased goods are delivered electronically – to the Buyer's specified email address or through the Buyer's account on the website.
4.2. Electronic goods are usually delivered immediately after successful payment confirmation, unless otherwise indicated in the product description.
4.3. The buyer is responsible for providing correct contact information.
4.4. If the Buyer does not receive the electronic product within 24 hours of payment confirmation, they must contact the Seller by email or phone, as indicated in the contacts section.
5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
5.1. Due to the nature of electronic goods, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they are damaged, defective, or do not match the order.
5.2. If the product is defective or does not match the order, the Buyer must contact the Seller within 14 calendar days of purchase and provide evidence (e.g., screenshots, error descriptions).
5.3. The Seller undertakes to rectify errors or replace the item with another within 14 calendar days from the date of the request, and if this is not possible, to refund the amount paid.
6. RESPONSIBILITY
6.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
6.2. The Seller is not responsible for losses incurred due to incorrect information provided or technical malfunctions of third parties.
6.3. The Seller is not responsible for the incompatibility of the electronic product with the Buyer's equipment if the minimum technical requirements were specified in the product description.
7. PRIVACY POLICY
7.1. The Buyer's personal data are processed in accordance with applicable legal acts and the Privacy Policy available on the website.
7.2. Buyer's data is used only for order fulfillment, invoicing, and customer service.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. The laws of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to these rules.
8.2. All disputes shall be settled by negotiations, and disagreements shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania at the Seller's registered office address.
